Unhustled is a quiet rebellion against the pressure to keep doing more - a different way of living and working that doesn’t cost you your energy, time or sense of self. It’s about redefining success so it actually feels like living, not just keeping up.
Unhustled isn’t about doing less for the sake of it, or quitting your life and moving to Bali (although, I’m not going to stop you if that’s what you want!)
It’s about:
understanding how your nervous system actually works
noticing where you’re overriding yourself
and learning how to move through life without constantly running on empty
It’s science-backed, practical and it fits into real life - work, kids, responsibilities and all.
No extremes. No all-or-nothing.
Just a way of doing things that actually feels sustainable.
Hey, I’m Sophie.
I spent years doing what I was supposed to do.
Building a career, keeping everything together, being the reliable one.
And from the outside, it looked fine.
But I was constantly tired.
Always overthinking.
Never really switching off.
Yoga changed everything - but not in the way it’s often sold.
It wasn’t about becoming a different person.
It was about finally paying attention to how I actually felt.
Now, everything I teach is built around that.
Not perfection.
Not another wellness hack to add to the to-do list.
Just helping you find your way back to something that feels a bit more like you.
